ET4D goes to Athens
ET4D had the opportunity to present at the AgEng2024 conference in Athens, Greece, held from July 1- 4, 2024, at the Agricultural University of Athens. It was an incredible experience to connect with global experts and delve into the latest innovations in agricultural engineering.
Our presentation, titled “Advancing Dairy Farm Management: Leveraging Data, Neural Networks, and Interactive Web Design,” was presented by Dr. Razieh Abdollahipour, from the German partner ATB - Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering and Bioeconomy, and sparked engaging discussions on the future of smart farming. The study, authored by Razieh Abdollahipour, Mostafa Sayeed, David Janke, Thomas Amon, Barbara Amon, Sebastian Opalinski, Joanna Frontczak, and Sabrina Hempel, explores cutting-edge approaches to enhance dairy farm management through data-driven solutions and advanced technologies.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the ERA-NET Cofund ICT-AGRI-FOOD, the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program, and the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) for their generous support. A special thank you to all our international partners for their invaluable contributions to the ET4D project.
We are grateful for the vibrant exchange of ideas and the opportunity to contribute to the conversation on sustainable agriculture. A big thank you to the conference organizers and participants for this enriching experience.
Stay tuned as we continue to innovate and share our journey towards more efficient and sustainable farming practices!
